I consider myself lucky, being part of this organisation as there are many in the other companies who are stressed ,lost their job due to Covid-19, and my company is coping greatly with it. WFH policy has reduced risk to get infected and employee can work in almost same way as he/she used to work at office with full IT support in case of any help. Frequent webinars, CEO sessions, educational courses reflects that company cares for well being of its employees. Fun intended events conducted evens out the work life balance too in case if some one is loaded with too much work. Lack of new projects.

Work Details

Currently I am working as an android developer. I started as a back end developer but due to lack of interest in that field I switched to android development and still working on it. I consider it as my main stream, though ready to work in others also.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
