Here no job securities. They were appointed to me as assistant installation engg. At DTH division. After 1 yr. They had transfer to sales total 30 to 40 people . After 1 year airtel management transfer all 30 to 40 sales person to off roll forcefully. If any body disagree to join off roll that time he had transfer to Mysore same salary package. At airtel I have spent horrible situation.
