Good Work environment in this company which has gave me all the opportunity, I long desired & got to learn many things. All my colleagues were very supportive and who always supported me when it was needed.

First of all change the company Environment like washroom's, Machine surrounding area timely no payment increment for staff's and less payment for all and set the Proper Security guard's to the company
