Airseva is one of the best company to work with.Professional and personal life gets balanced.Friendly environment.Great managers,who are very supportive. Whenever we enter office we get hearty wishes from security staff.Very positive attitude of people towards life. Would highly recommend this company to every one.

Nothing to dislike about my work place. I just love working in Airseva.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
