Secured job with good environment and all the employee benefits ,Where as we can also improve our personality development by communicating with various countries passengers .

We have to accept the reality ,some of the people are uneducated and they behaves bad ,but our job is to deal them with patience .

Work Details

Handling VIP Movements and guiding the passengers , Complaints about all the electricity ,wall breakages ,and any other check-in issues , Over all THE HELP DESK .

Although it's a central government ( U.T) Still the management is always active to update and refresh its core policies and Recruitment in all wings, training procedure, modernization of tender process, introduction SOPs in the operational system, following guidelines internally( AAI), national (DGCA/ BCAS) and international level ( ICAO)

Dislikes

More proper training procedures are required for it's civil and electrical wings like ATM and CNS wings to cope up with the growing demand to maintain international standard.
