I have been working here since almost 5 years and I must warn those who think they will learn and earn better in Airbus India while leaving their existing stable jobs. Culture in India is worst as compared to in Europe. European counterparts are really good, however in India story is different. I have been in this Indian system but unfortunately I must admit that I have seen many airframe engineers specially "Repair domain" coming and leaving. The work culture is really poor in this team and believe me for surviving you just need to be " Yes boss" guy. It is just brand name and nothing else you get here. Senior engineers are making managers fool as most managers are nontechnical here and just based on business need managers support them. If you have intellect and wants to bring some good engineering point on table, people will feel jealous and will try to put you down if you are new and probabily manager will ask you after 6-7 months to resign forcibly. Seniors themselves are making managers fool. No ethics and values exist here. I have tried to bring this point to management many times but they are also helpless as the fault in system is in the top management itself. They have a complete blind eye to the problem. I have complaint against other team managers based on feedback received from repair engineers but to my surprise no action is taken against them ever. I asked management to review exit interviews of candidates who left job to find the reason why they resign or forced to leave job but no action regarding it as well. When other engineers are asked about the issue, they don't speak up as they are sole bread earners and nobody wants to loose job. Moreover, I was advised that in companies it happens and therefore can't help others in my company itself. Management, you may feel lost sometimes. Manager's are only for name sake they don't care about competency & expertise.

Overall work like balance is good. But most of the time goes in meetings and stakeholders management. Less scope to learn and grow.
