Adequate number of leaves. Short duration travel opportunities. Yearly profit sharing and share purchase option.

Dislikes

-Lack of tools for day to day work -No new projects. -Most of the projects are in maintainance phase. -Mentality of cost cutting at every stage. -No investment for future. -Service based company mentality. -Flat hierarchy system -No sense of career growth -Incapble managers
