No job security, work culture is bad because of branch manager, management is good but they should throw out this branch manager who is responsible for each and every staffs downfall. She is a backstabber. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Working culture is bad, because they keep crew members waiting outside for no reason. They sit and gossip inside the office. Many times for no reason they crew members angry and threaten them of giving late joinings. Boss is good but he keeps his eyes closed and doesn't see what is happening downline. Removing branch manager and her aids, this will be one of the best branches across India.

Work Details

Initially it was good, later when I caught branch manager red handed doing lots of irregularities, she tried to put me in trouble. For her benefits, she uses people by playing with their emotions and their problems.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
