Company had come up with lot of positives. When other companies had to reduce staff due to the pandemic , AirAsia provided a better platform financially, mentally and in terms of Job security. Air Asia proved that they are a class apart in making sure that the staff leaves the office with a smile on his / her face.

Dislikes

If feel that right action was not taken by the PAC team for the concerns raised. When a staff raises a concern or complaint against someone, action without enquiring is taken against that same staff when the guilty staff alleges that the staff complaint had done many mistakes.
