Lot of Dirty Odia Politics. From CTO to Trainee all are Odias. Lot of regional politics. Procurement VP is hiring only Odia guys from non aviation background in very high post like chief manager which is very bad. They don't know how to even work in team and how to talk always talking rubbish commenting on family, Procurement VP dont know anything abour Procurement as he is from Powerplant department. he want everyone to report at 8am and leave office at 10 or 11 pm and all 7 days. No leave. Very bad management. No one talks about salary hike work life balance. No growth. Suddenly outsider will come and sit on your head. Everytime giving warning for job termination. Worst company to work for until these Odia and CTO favorite guys leave the company. Which they will never leave. Best advice to Tatat management is to hire Expat leaders and throw all these Odia people then only company will survive....Read More
