Dislikes

No human behaviour towards employees. Only salary you get, no other benefit, no free food, no tea, no bonus, no incentive, no job promotion, no new initiative, poor policies for human resources and customer handling. No assistance. No soft corner for any employee.

Work Details

Pathetic. They think work from home is facility we are getting. They call any time even till midnight, on holidays, on weekends. Behave rudely with employees. No life . Building depression and tension and hate. Commercial department management is inhumane

The company is yet to grow and is still learning. Engineering wise its a good company to learn basic skills before you fly away.

Dislikes

There is no professionalism and the work culture is pathetic, with old hogs and logs sitting there they move at their own pace. Compensation is poor compared to market and exploitation of labor is at its maximum.

Work Details

Its a good place to gain skill on aircraft maintenance, but better to leave after you develop skills bcoz if you stay then its grounding for you
