Likes

Good place to learn and study about aircrafts. Work is done slowly but precisely. You'll find many people being polite and teaching you stuff when asked. They also provide bus service. And the timings are ok.

Dislikes

Many permanent employees might be very rude. Work culture is good but politics is high. Overall, you need to stay strong and focus on work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
