I have nothing positive to say about this School.They treat the civilians like pet animals.I worked there for more than 2 yrs but they extended my probation period without any reason.At last relieve me from my duties suddenly without any reason.Principal and ED is partial to the staff.

Dislikes

They hired the people for some time as per their requirement and once the probation period completed they will release you from your duties without any reason.Hire other new candidates on probation and release it again without giving any show cause notice. Having partiality with permanent and contract employee.

Work Details

Students are good but management is not good .Every principal stays here less than 2 years .Local politics is involved too much between the staff and management.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
