The company is a sales & service center of carries adopts technicians . I love the fact that I am a part of a team. We attended a call by client for service or any enquiry about air conditioning .we service & repaired as clients satisfied with the our team. The company provides traveling , food, other expenses.

Dislikes

I like all the teams work but there growth is slow. In session we work 18 & 12 hrs and close the calls in one day but our management no value to us. If I come late to next he put a half day attendance coz last night completely my all call and next I go late. Company not pay forthe extra work or over time </mark>....Read More

Work Details

I reach my office at 9 am and collecting the job sheets to our route after we go to the client house, office, and company, banks etc. As our service sheets and complete the all call tell evening, before close time. We attended the complaints.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
