You will be apprised for little if you work too hard and achieve target. Limited carrier growth.

Your salary will get deducted for small small reasons.You will have to listen non parliamentary words like BC MC from directors in meeting as well as in over phone calls.No compensation will be given if you are transferred to different location though committed or in policy. Company policy changes for almost every month.No family life assured. Travelling for 20-25 days a month. Horrible working. If you are near to complete the target you will be transferred to different project or location to avoid committed incentive. No inter personal relations maintained.
