Manager is good.

Dislikes

Dirty politics, old employees of the departmen never let your hard work come out in front of management and management also involved in dirty politics. No hard work is recognized. They only need collection nothing else. No clients are satisfied with their work and they will blame you for bad reviews. They doubt on your capabilities.They don't have much educated employees they handle client just because they know the process from core they never appreciate good employees. Good faces with good clothes are recognized only not the talent. Pathetic English of Employees and they are sitting in AM and DM position. Do not join aimlay....Read More

I love working here. They really promote talent. Staff and specially the owners are so polite and helpful for others. They are just one call away when we need any kind of help.
