They taught me, how to steal gift, how to sell samples and foc, how to make fool to the doctor. They have the quality of this.

Dislikes

Salary not on time, gap of 1-2 month, specially in Mumbai. They took meeting on railway station. Stay for training is pathetic, they provided (charpai). They hold expenses for 4-5 months. Politics, Management is worst, they only steal from the company. If company provides gift for the doc, manager take 80% of gifts in the name of doctor, I caught him red handed by selling it. My superior is a old fellow, simply a timepass guy who watches youtube and facebook videos in office hours. He doesn't have any sales experience but based on service related experience company is keeping him in sales at hyderabad location. He is the person who did nothing in office he always blaming others for his mistakes. Most badthing about him is he informed to the branch manager and told him about my wife is also working and then my incentives have been reduced compared to others becuase my wife is working. He forcefully added another department to me and there is no incentives for that and he always says bad things about me infront of the other national manager. He wasted my time for particiapting reactive tenders he didn't care my leads and enquiries. there are many complaints against him but i can't do anything so forcefully I have resigned....Read More

Some point coordination gap like govt or more then govt department. Self role and responsibilities are higher then other department but like that received full support from top management on challenging projects.
