Job security is good, work culture is also good

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics but overall working atmosphere is good. Growth is dependent on your boss and they like buttring and internal news from other same level employees, working enviornment is good u can learn a lot here. Average salary is below standard to industry.

The company doesn’t fire anyone. On some sites, work-life balance is managed, but on others, it’s not possible. For the past few years, there’s been a minimum 10% increment every year. If you work on Sundays or holidays, you get a leave in return. Every year, the bonus for the period from May to April is given around Diwali, even if that amount has been deducted from your salary

The higher management wants to establish a safety culture, but at the site level, each Site Incharge assigns different tasks. They often ask the safety team to perform tasks like barricading, ensuring access, and other responsibilities that are supposed to be observed by the safety team. However, as per the company's SOP, these operational roles are meant for someone else.
