1. No appointment Letter/Salary Breakup even after 3 months 2. Gross discrepancies of responsibilities Committed vs actual at site 3. Unprofessional, no work culture. Create your own mail id to do official work. No induction process. 4. Site management extremely abusive, use filthy languages with everyone as if this is the culture of organization. Used to throw papers/files on employee's face if found unsatisfactory 5. Doesn't not show minimum respect to elderly staff if he is of lower designation 6. No clear Mediclaim policy. Employee has to pay premium to get reimbursement 7. All Sundays working till 5..pm 8. Leave will be denied and salary would be deducted 9. Mess facilities horrible. You have to cook your own food after coming back from site at 10.pm everyday. However senior manager is there to look after cleanliness of toilets 10.
