Very very poor management this company no police employees & all departments are very bed to work & special to BIM departments No increment in Yearly 3 -4 year one time increment only 5-10% bead company fully lala company no policy bed working experience full politics this office no selection process well employees.

They often ask the safety team to perform tasks like barricading, ensuring access, and other responsibilities that are supposed to be observed by the safety team. However, as per the company's SOP, these operational roles are meant for someone else.
