The company has a friendly environment to work with. HR is active in case of employee issues. It's Infrastructure is very attractive. Various extra activities are held for employees.

Dislikes

There's too much politics to cope up with. Safety measures are not taken care of. Training sessions are very much less. Freshers are not trained well. Sometimes employees are forced to work for 8 +4 hours because OT must be of minimum 4hrs for staff employees . This is such a false policy that must be taken under consideration. Lack of resources in laboratory. No first aid box in labs.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
