The organisation growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. They are not utilize the talent.They not value the employees and not provide the facility's&befits.They are not taking the suggestions from the employees and follow the blind rules and regulation. They were not follow the rules and regulations as per the standards .Also, there is no on-job training freshers,hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step....Read More
