- People are good - time to learn new things - Free time to work on your own things and study - CEO is a good person

Dislikes

- Very Bad management. Not the fault of the CEO but the people he hired. Almost everyone on the higher management abuses their power. Where as all the junior employee suffer. It's almost like a club of the upper management where do whatever they please but any mistake from a junior employee can lead to severe consequences and sometimes even termination. - Employees are overworked and extremely underpaid. People (engineers) have have starting salary of 15k per month and the average goes upto 18-20k per month. - Fake reviews! The company figured out the review section here and on Glassdoor and flooded with fake reviews. All the fakes reviews have the same wording, just tells you how smart they are. - HR Department. Unqualified and unprofessional people running the department. They don't know half the guidelines to follow. Change their statements on their own convenience. Tools used for project management are not good. Quality check of goods is not done properly. CTO (Jitendra Parihar) doesn't follows his own rules. Unflexible working hours.

Major drawback is salary. They don't give you value as you deserve. They spent much on company but can't afford a handsome package.
