It was a happening opportunity to work for AgVa, got to learn a lot and improve a lot. The HR is very helpful

Dislikes

TL were hard to co-operate and co-ordinate with. Many times in a time of emergency they wouldn't pick calls and i had to figure out solution myself.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
