HE ALWAYS TRIES TO INTERFERE WITH THE STORE'S INTERNAL MATTERS. IF ANY STORE OPERATION MANAGER IGNORED HIM THEN HE COMPLAIN TO MD & MD DEPENDED ON HIM MORE THAN SM. 3. MOST OF THE AREA OPERATION MANAGERS DON'T KNOW THEIR KRA PROPERLY. THEY NEVER HELP SM WHEN REQUIRED. AFTER COMPLETING THE TARGET THEY WILL TAKE REVENGE BY ABNORMAL TRANSFER. 4. MD SAID THEIR PHONE IS ALWAYS OPEN FOR HELP BUT WHEN HELP IS REQUIRED ACTUALLY THEY IGNORE IT AFTER COMPLETING THE SEASONAL TARGET. THEY PREFER MOST THE GROUND-LEVEL STAFF RATHER THAN MATURE EDUCATED HONEST SM. 5. SOMEONE DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HR JOB ROLES, RETAIL MATH, OR MARKETING PROPERLY HE IS THE GENERAL MANAGER.
