There is nothing to like in Agrostar. Its a horrible startup having No Job security.

- No job security at all, in covid times they were just reducing staff to show to their investors about economisation. But the fact is this rudeness was happen to very junior executive level employees. All leaders managers who are extra in numbers did not retrenched. Various junior staff who really devoted their time and mind to build this organisation get retrenched. Those bad times this organisation has shown worst acts to junior employees. Dont join these type of organisation. - Huge politics by all department heads - Planing is at mountain levels, no execution at all - Some departments even does not have work life balance - Duties and responsibilities are not assigned to proper persons who have knowledge to it. - Never refer this organisation to any one - Recruitment time they will co orporate in such a way that felt person is joining a big organisation but once you onboarded then you will realise what a worst place and people have this organisation - No brand really no brand...Read More
