appraisals take lot of time in order get implemented though they give arears, company must extend his infrastructure and must bid for more long term good projects.

Likes

People who working in agreeya are polite and supportive except manager, senior manager and HR.

Dislikes

The list is huge: 1: Client is everything. You were treated like servant from both client and manager. 2: Favirism is also there, if you are belong to mangers region you will be supported specifically from Bihar. There is a team called B group in which almost all the people from Bihar. 3: Account is very pathetic and third party. 4: Salery comes on 1st of every month after by 4 PM. 5: No work life balance. If you work for the client EVS your life become hell. Every weekend they deploy there build on prod so be prepared for working on weekend. 6: Notice period is 90 days mandatory. Weather you are working or not you have to serve. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 7: No job security</mark>. Very small and short term project only. 8: HR is like .....no word for them..Never seen such people from my entire carrier. No response on mail not picking call ........Read More

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
