As a HR Manager I have Great Experience with young team at AGKEM. Excellent Work life balance with top-notch benefits. I recently joined Agkem Impex I was little nervous on that particular day when I came here first about its workplace and employees and now my sentence are neither i feel stranger nor less confidant just because of healthy behaviour of my team mates towards to me.Not only my team members but my team members but my seniors are much helpful as well.

The company is open for new innovation and adopt changes as per market standard. I like the culture and working environment of the Company. It give u a chance to enhance your knowledge and ability and grow along with company.

Compensation is good but growth rate is bit slow.
