The company is a good place to develop good skills if you put yourselves into it.

The growth is very slow and compensation is matching with the work we are doing. Most of managers is not trying to recognize and promote their sub ordinates good work to the business partners. The management is not fully taking into consideration of employees while decision making

Our CEO Mr Tarek Sultan had huge Business Ambition and clear clarity of thoughts and he know how multiply the revenue and margin grow multifold. Shared Service was such an extended arm where there are a lot of business insights and perform analysis.. Overall it is a place to work..
