There is no job security & about work culture is difference between the on role and contract employees. About management, they also treated differently for contract employees. If the person is Direct Role they have good policies.

Treating of contact employees. About policy of contract employees must and should work 3 months notice period. But direct role employees having only 1 month notice period. The Direct people have 2 week offs. But Contract employees having only 1 week off. The managers treating different for Contract employees.
