1. Freedom to include latest technologies/frameworks. 2. Good opportunity for juniors to take on complex projects. 3. Open door policy. 4. Small but enthusiastic teams

1. No professionalism. From CEO to CTO to your Tech Lead, everyone will speak using abusive vocabulary and bad words 2. No regards for personal life beyond the office hours. 3. A mandatory service bond of 2 years with 1 lakh of penalty even if you have generated millions for them 4. No respect for weekends or public holidays. You can be even asked to work at 4 AM . 5. No streamlined business process. No documented Jira tickets, no code quality checks, no architecture diagrams, nothing! 6. Verbal threats that you get while leaving the organisation. The moment you think of resigning, CTO will belittle you and make you think you are garbage. 7. Narcissism is rampant in top level management 8. Favouritism for couple of old timers. 9.
