Because i started my carrier from agi, so thats why it was a very good experience for me to learn the new things . because before that i was only book warm and i learnt practical knowledge to work at site.. to start your carrier this is very good platform, and if your work is good then you appreciated by increments. and there is a date for salary, every 7 you got your salary but you know every company have some internal problems that is the common thing. but my overall experience in AGI was great, i learnt so many things....Read More

1). The senior staff is very strict, but if you do your work smoothly then there is no issue. 2). Some times you have to work regularly days/ night .

i was working in phase 2 R & S tower that i start from beginning the, i do the structural and finishing work as well.. i completed the R tower with outer plaster and paint..
