Everything is good company processes but recent higher officials taken some initiatives all of sudden like at a time takes away thier action with top gear and not taken into teams overall consideration

Company recently focussed on renewals but they have taken huge pressure all of the sudden hectic con calls with much more time late evenings etc.......

I am glad to be part of this organization. It's employee friendly company. The policies like wish what you wear, flexible working hours, Marathon , Yoga, coffee with senior management people are one of the best initiative.. I will recommend everyone to come and join our company.

Salary at junior level must be increase or I would like to recommend new band to be added for the growth of junior level employees.
