It is a start up in mobile handset business and a fresher can learn a lot here.

Dislikes

It is a non professional company which is run by a group of family members. They do not trust outsiders and believe only their core members.

Work Details

Work is pretty okay but hard work is the sole motto instead of work smart. The management believes people who sit late are the people who work for the company . The work culture is terrible and is controlled by few people who are close relatives.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
