The compensation is usually low as per the market standards. And you don't get hike very easily as the company is new and is looking to expand. Work-life balance is average, you will have to work for 6 days a week, clocking nearly 10 hours per day. In the name of perks and allowances, you will be disappointed as there is nothing as such.
