There's not much because theirs no room for work-life balance, in this company they make their employees work 14-20hours straight on days, I am shocked to see employees work 8am-12am without any proper lunch or dinner break.

Dislikes

Below poor work life balance, they making their employees work on Saturdays too some weeks plus 14-20hours work per day. Which is exploitation nothing else. If anyone seeing this please let the authorities know what is happening in their company and please raise voice against this kind of work culture.

Honestly there’s no work-life balance, no benefits, no promotion, no job security ! The only thing you learn here is copy paste that’s it ! They also micromanage which is even worst!

Dislikes

There’s no work-life balance! They ask you to do Overtime but it never paid off this just means they don’t value their employee’s time and skill! There’s no creative work as a designer ! And too much politics ! Also intimidate freshers and junior in the team instead of helping them out or motivating them ! There’s no management !
