Overall a nice company to start with. There are many benefits apart from your CTC. You get food, cab, proper leaves. Good managers. You might get workload but you will learn a lot.

They are maintaining a Client's Boot holding culture, with no set process to align everything in place . they just need 10 rounds of reporting, captured by same person at soo many places .. you waste time in aggregating these updates only
