As a Corporate entity, there is Management employess & Unionised employees. While the works are done well equally the unionised employees are seen as bargaining employees and the management do not favour them and play miserly treatment. They have to be satisfied with whatever management give and have no say forget about any advancement in their career.

Dislikes

While the Management employees are supported and lifted up much and favouritism plays plays much, the unionised employees are seen as weeds and the management want to eliminate them as such and all politics are to anybody's guess.

Being in the union staff the career was stucked and just a hand to mouth life was only in the offing and to be satisfied with the same.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
