The company always pays attention toward continuous improvement. As its my first job, I got to learn so many things about how industries work. As its small scale industry, I can observe how all departments works. I got to know importance and interaction of all departments for production. Dislikes

Lack of Motivation for Freshers. They give full work load on new employee without proper training. They give all responsibilities without training. Lack of appreciation which lowers confidence.

Work Details

My work is challenging as I have to go through all departments to carry production. Firstly I have to learn and go through it if there is any new product and then i have train operators and carry out production without mistakes.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
