Good work place and it's near to my home town. Teammates are experienced and helpfull. Company policies are good. No issues about the salary, get paid by every last day of the month.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is too slow. There is a bond of 1 year which you cannot resign. Company policies keep on changing for the trainees and no growth in salary as well, no bonus for trainees.

The job is quite interesting! As i struggled a bit in the biggining because they have given 1 month of training on machines and i learnt everything on the job. I got the chance to learn about every department working there that helped me to gain knowledge
