You will get opportunities and responsibilities you didn't ask for. They don't even check your previous experience or any expertise. If the management wants you doing one specific job, you'll be put up for it, no questions asked.
Dislikes
Terrible people in middle management that won't let you grow or develop. If you do something good, they will make sure they will get all the credit while they themselves are good for nothing. (Collections department). All it takes to grow, is being a "chamcha". The HR department couldn't be more negligent about this. Allocation of work was a joke back when I used to work.
