Manager sucks, your will always be judged by the assigned work which is supposed to be done by some other team point to be noted it is not other team member but other team altogether. Manager will assign you the tasks which you are not supposed to do or no where related to to your profile but if you are not able to do that you aretold to go even though you have done your job very nicely and added value too. Remote work and some home office setup cost is only main benefit but they come at very high other costs.

Dislikes

HR department gives you false claims to lurk you towards closing job at their end. They will show how much you will gain and additional variable pay above your CTC which is not given at end of year claiming company is in loss and No yearly appraisals are given after HR run behinds you every month to fill data on their HR portals. Use less portals and they only working towards their image correction in market as they are in very bad condition right now. Do not buy this fruit of Aegon Job as its shiny outside and rotten inside....Read More
