Nothing to more like except timely Pay cheque. in one word i will say that PMC Division of AECOM India is Disaster. if you don't have any other option out of 8 planet, 195 countries and 220 Million Companies then it will be great place for you.

Specifically talking about PMC Division only: 1. Flexible Working hours (that mean you have to always be ready 24X7 for reporting, clarification, meeting and required data submission in very short notice of time) 2. Too much work pressure and toxic client appeasement culture. (You have to always ready to answer any mess happened on site by client vendors, ironically either AECOM or Clients don't have any monetary control over vendors most of the time so why they will listen to you at first so all responsibility lies to the deputed PMC Engineer ) 3. Traveling, Traveling and More Traveling (You are expected to travel anywhere from 150km to 1500km range without any resistance) 4. Expense incurred during site travel and getting it back. (And here it comes the most challenging part, you are always expected to have surplus amount greater than your salary for upfront site travel expenses and investment towards site expenses. You are lucky enough then you will get back your money on average 40-50 days of submission of claims otherwise your claim will keep getting discarded by account team for not having proper expense proof, approval of managers or documents arrangements as per their ease) 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Job Security and WLB (After this much dedication into project by investing whole time, some health and offcourse upfront money at the end one thing is enough to destroy all your expectations and mental health that</mark> a) client are not happy with our works. b) Project financially not performing as per management expections and you guys are still getting your salary on time, high time to think.) In a nutshell if you don't have any other similar option in terms of salary and project type then only come and learn to work in unnecessary corporate pressure, don't come for the sake of big brand name of AECOM. If you want to learn how a cooperate company can spoil your career then this is the company for you . choose this company for the last option. you have to work 24x7 but you cant be able to mark attendance of that. working sundays , meeting starts 11 at night , sometimes leave for site at 4 in the morning , working more than a year now but still company cant be able to tell me who is my HR. its like I am stuck between company agent for any HR work....Read More
