The company represents almost all universities in Australia.

No training’s are provided to new joiners. The work culture is the worst. Management is biased. HR is very unprofessional and he is always sleeping at work. They don’t give relieving letters and once you leave the company and try to communicate with them, they don’t respond to emails. Career growth is zero. I have seen pregnant women’s getting fired if they apply for maternity leaves.

They will ask you to do overtime every day without any pay and no salary increment as well. The manager don’t care which profile you are hired for if the call centre team is not able to give number then you have to take call for the entire day (might be)
