It was really a very good experience working with the company. The company took care of each and every tiny aspect the employee is facing. The management is really helpful. The timings are flexible and never pressure the employee. The environment is really comfortable to work.

Nothing.. Branch Manager was so horrible and bossy. Too much internal politics

0 work life balance. Management is always harrasing personally. Entire AECC team is revolving around one person who doesnt know the value of family life. We should available 24*7 in whataspp groups even if the work for that day is closed by responding to messages by global head. Manager is also too bossy and a lot of favouritism is there. Every day asking for 4 to 5 reports
