It is good company for fresher, keep doing hard work, team is very supportive,

Office politics, if you are just concentrating on your work that is not enough, you keep pleasing your manager, because he is one who is give your review to higher management

Overall it was nice experience while working there, you will have work life balance there atleast

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
