It's young at age so you have the opportunity to grow with the company.If you work hard then you get appreciated.And the environment is also very friendly.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
