It was an interesting journey and I got to learn something new that may or may not add to my career growth.

Dislikes

A very hard pace to stay motivated with. There just a blame game within themselves and no clear solution. Work culture is inhumane. Job will be full of frustrations of never being acknowledged for the work done either financially or verbally. I got the feeling that the topmost management in the company least care about the work conditions of their employees that they want a better performance from. It feels like they assume that all their employees are just lazy instead understanding any issues they might face in the work culture. That eventually reflects on middle and top management in the company. It is definitely evident and proven through world wide research that exhausted employees with a toxic work culture will definitely perform poorly and that's what happens here but no one acknowledges. The Human Resources team notices employee harassments and inhumane working conditions and is a silent spectator to it. With a breadcrumb worth salary and a long exhaustive work culture has definitely affected my mental health negatively. It took me both time and money to recover from the burn out that I experienced due to this workplace. With the 12-15 hours of working 6 days a week, the vacation time allotted is a joke. Time is not flexible. Its just something they say before you join. They say that work days are 9 hours but they really want you to be doing their work for 12-15 hrs. You feel cheated because you didn't signup for it when you joined the company<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Other reviews mention that the pandemic did not have salary cuts and firings</mark>. Even if its true their clientele have only increased during the pandemic as businesses were forced online. But even after making more profits during the pandemic on the backs of these overworked employees the salary raises were rejected and employees unacknowledged. I could summarize this company as a pond of diverse and interesting people. there is always opportunity to do cool stuff but you'll have to keep up with the learning curve. the company embraced the remote culture much before the pandemic which is so helpful . During the pandemic there were no salary cuts , no-one got fired - work carried on just as usual remotely.

Dislikes

Too many changes in the system too often sometimes makes it difficult for the team to adapt to.

There is nothing to like here........you just have to work and work, regardless the time. If you like working for 14 to 15 hour with pennies in your bank than this is the right place.

Dislikes

1) No Transperance 2) Less Salary for the hours you give them. 3) Minimum 12 to 14 hours of work 4) Delayed Salary. 5) zero work life balance. and so on.
