Not much more. But you will be free for most of the time.

Dislikes

1. They remove anyone without giving notice and any reason. And worst thing is they deactivate all the login Id, email I'd and stop replying to your mail. They will ghost you. 2. They don't have working hours fixed (ask to work 12 hours a day)

Nothing this company is fraud. They suddenly laid off me at the end of month and didn’t even pay anything. I got notice from them that I will receive till March 2023 it’s been more than 6 months haven’t received any penny

Dislikes

Fraud company. They laid me off in just 2 months without any reason and didn’t even pay my last months salary. I had mail them multiple times but received any response from them. And they always have openings but didn’t pay their employees any penny. Its a fraud don’t work here

Apart from WFH service...nothing.

Dislikes

Very poor work experience. No job security at all..you can get fired literally at anytime without any logical reason. Very poor work-life balance. You have to work over time without any benefits. 12 hours/day, 6 days a week work, sometimes more than 12 hours. They literally give us work at anytime of the day just like they fire people at anytime. They practice mass firing every 6 months. Our complaints are never considered and registered. You practically can not have a life while working at Advids....Read More

I wish i could give 0 star or minus rating here. If you want peace in your life don't join here. They'll fire you after 6 months or 1 year without notice

Dislikes

It's been more than 6 months haven't received single penny of my 1 and a half month work. They laid off multiple employees without any notice just before the salary day. Haven't received anything from them apart from false promises.

They are fraud organization. Put ads on every portal from advids and under mindcircus name. Ask you to complete an assignment like I did for them. After that they reject you for no reason.
