. No work life balance . Unrealistic deadlines . Salary never on time . Mass firings without any prior notice . They don't provide monthly salary slips . FNF settlements are not paid.

FRAUD COMPANY Employers are the worst. They have laid off many employees due to financial struggles without prior notice. They haven't settled the full and final settlement of them. People have be mailing, texting and calling the founders,HR and Financial teams but they never respond.

Dislikes

FRAUD COMPANY DON'T WORK HERE! NO WORK BALANCE: 12-15 hrs a day. Start at 10am work till 2 or 3 am because client will review and give feedback. NONSENSE!

No work life balance. Nothing exciting to see forward. Salary timings are very awkward and not at all on time... They just laid off employees without any prior notice not even any compensation. Was dealing with huge personal loss and didn't even considered the situation.

The only thing I liked about working at Advids was the job responsibility and supportive team members. Apart from that there are no employee benefits, the work culture sucks because they follow a hire and fire police set by Avilash and Alok, who have been shamelessly unjust to employees since the company was built.

To anyone who has received an employment offer from Advids and has come here to check reviews. Please do not make the mistake of joining, the company is doing very bad at the moment. There was never any job security, they've been terminating people without notice and refuse to pay the full and final settlement. The HR department is extremely inefficient and does not respond to emails. There are so many people who are still struggling to get their hard earned salary for years now. They are currently replacing full time employees with interns to get the same work done for less money since they are in shreds monetarily. Karma! The company might shut down in a few years. The teams that I collaborated with were great. The ADs, MDs and the Senior AD and MDs were cool. They were always up to try something new and were very accomodating!

Dislikes

The company is currently declining, so there is no job security AT ALL. Some people from the initial team were extremely toxic and always wanted to know what ypur peronal problems were!

I'm fortunate that I was in the HR department of this company and had a great Team Leader, Vidhi Ma'am, who guided me throughout my tenure.

Dislikes

In this company, they do not release their ex-employees/ Intern stipend or salary after completion of their tenure also they terminate anyone without any prior notice. They do not increase their salary even after the completion of their probation period. make them work as an intern even after 6 months.
